Hi, I’m Swetha — a passionate trainer, learning consultant, and the founder of Leren Training. With over a decade of experience in the learning and development space, I’ve had the privilege of designing and delivering training programs that make a real difference — not just in skills, but in confidence, career growth, and personal transformation. I’m a NABET-certified trainer and a certified Instructional Designer, with an approach rooted in adult learning principles, practical application, and people-first facilitation. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with corporate professionals at all levels, while also guiding college students as they prepare to step into the corporate world. When I’m not training, you’ll find me curating new workshops, or simply learning something new — because I believe the best trainers are lifelong learners.
